mollymckennedyHello, I need to cancel my auto renew. How do mI do that?

Podo: Support SpecialistYou can turn off auto-renew by canceling your current Jotform subscription and downgrading back to the Free plan from your account’s Billing page.
Here’s how to cancel your subscription (stop auto-renew) from the web:
- Go to your account’s Billing page here: Change plan (log in if prompted).
- On the My Plan section, look for your current paid plan.
- Click the Change Plan or Downgrade button next to your current subscription.
- In the list of available plans, select the Starter (Free) plan.
- Click Downgrade (or similar confirmation button) when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen confirmations until you see that your plan is set to Free at the end of the current billing period.
You can also review the full step-by-step guide here: How to cancel your Jotform subscription.
If you bought your Jotform subscription through the iOS App Store or Android (Google Play) app, the steps are different:
- If you purchased via iOS App Store, you must cancel directly from your Apple ID subscriptions in the App Store (Apple handles the billing and auto-renew).
- If you purchased via the Android app (Google Play), you must cancel from your Google Play subscriptions (Google Play manages the auto-renew).
If you’re not sure whether you paid via the website or a mobile app, let me know how you originally subscribed (web, iOS, or Android), and I can guide you with more specific steps.
