Sometimes this happens if your email address landed on our bounce list, which stops Jotform from sending messages to you.
Please try these steps to check and remove it from the bounce list:
- Go to your Workspace page: https://www.jotform.com/workspace/
- Click your profile picture/avatar in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings to open your Account Settings page.
- In the Bounce List section on the right, click Check.
- If your email is listed there, click Remove From Bounce List.
