    I accidentally chose annual vs monthly for our subscription. Would it be possible change to monthly?

    2. Select Settings from the menu.
    3. Under the Billing tab, you can cancel your current annual subscription.

    Hi Kyle,

    When you cancel your annual subscription, you will not be charged the annual amount again after the cancellation. However, you will still have access to your paid plan benefits until the end of the period you already paid for.

    So, if you switch from annual to monthly, you will keep your current annual subscription active until it expires, and then you can subscribe to the monthly plan afterward.

    This means you won't have to pay the annual amount twice, but you will need to wait until the current annual subscription period ends before the monthly billing starts.

    Hi Kyle,

    I would suggest canceling your subscription and requesting a refund. Once your subscription is downgraded to Starter plan, and the refund has been processed, you can then re-upgrade your account to Gold Monthly.

    To request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it. Also, you can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you’ll need to do it on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.

    3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
