I deleted my email address (administrateur@valorem-diagnostic.fr) which is my user id and I lost my password.
What can I do ? -

Please follow these steps:
- Go to this guide page: Recover Your Jotform Account.
- Scroll down and fill out the form on that page with as much detail as possible (including your old email administrateur@valorem-diagnostic.fr, any form URLs, and billing info if applicable).
- Submit the form and wait for our team to contact you at an email address you can currently access.
