Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked on our end and currently, there's no issue about the site. I cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache-related issues. You can also check the current status of Jotform services at this site.

Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you’re still having the same issue, can you send either a screenshot or a quick recording of what’s going on?
