Account Activity Logs: Request for 16 Months CSV Export

Good afternoon, I am requesting a CSV file of the last 16 months jotform user account logs activity. As i couldnt locate the export button over the activity logs on my account settings

For account activity logs, Jotform shows the logs in Account Settings under the History tab. The available filters there are:

• Actions to filter by activity type
• Date to choose a date range

The information I have confirms that you can view your activity logs there, but it does not include an export button for downloading those logs as a CSV file.

For reference, the account history page is described in the guide at How to View Your Account Activity Logs. The related export guide I found is for exporting your data, not specifically the activity logs, and it uses the Data section with Download My Data.

What the knowledge base confirms:

• Go to your Workspace page.
• Click your Avatar/Profile picture.
• Select Settings.
• Open the History tab.
• Use the Actions and Date filters to review the logs.

Unfortunately, there's no direct export button on the Activity Logs page. To get a copy of your logs for the last 16 months, you can copy the log data manually directly from your account settings and paste it into a spreadsheet, which you can then save as a CSV file.

While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
