HHashimWith my clients current Jotform sign document, they can see the date and time for when their client opens and signs the document. This is a critical feature for them and the main reason for you using Jotform Sign.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I reviewed your previous question in the thread and the suggestion made by Bojan. To answer your follow-up question, yes, the SMART PDF form will have the date and time that you can see in the tables. Also, once you enable Jotform Sign Automation, you'll be able to see audit trail logs that contain information about signatures.
Lastly, since it is a form, it will not create duplicates for each new client; rather, all submissions will be collected into one table.
