Google Reviews Widget: Load More button not displaying in Masonry Layout

Hello. I was told to no longer use my business name - to correct the problem with the incorrect number of reviews showing.

It seems the number of reviews might be correct at time of creating the widget. But subsequently, as the number of reviews grows, the widget does not keep up with the actual.

I believe you are using the Grid layout in the widget to display your reviews. While setting up the grid view, there is an option to turn on/off the Load More button. Can you check if it is On in your settings:

It seems like you are using the Masonry layout instead of Grid. Can you click the Back button and switch back to Grid layout?

Masonry layout does have the option, but if you look at the preview, it is not showing the Load More button. So I suggest using the Grid layout instead.

I shall use the Grid layout for now.

With the Masonry layout, the Load More button is selected; however, the widget fails to display the button, even though it is selected. This would appear to be a bug with the widget configure for Masonry layout. Could you get this bug addressed please.

I tested it and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. We’ll follow up as soon as we have any news.

Hello, I notice that the Load More button does not function correctly across any of your templates. It may work one or twice, then disappears.
