I'd like to know if there is an option to increase our form submissions during our peak seasons.

You can increase your form submissions during peak seasons in a couple of ways. Let me show you how:
1. Increase your monthly submission limits permanently without upgrading your plan:
- Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the top-right corner.
- Click on Settings in the menu that opens.
- Go to the Increase Limits page on the left side and complete the tasks to increase your submission limits.


2. Allow multiple submissions from the same person:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top orange navigation bar.
- Click on Show More Options.
- Scroll down to the Unique Submission dropdown and select No Check to allow multiple submissions.

Thank you for sending this information. Unfortunately, it doesn't align with our needs at this time. We rely on Jotform for customer inquiries, and May is our busiest month. During this period, we usually receive between 15,000 and 20,000 email inquiries, so we're concerned about the 10,000 monthly submission cap.
I'd like to explore options for increasing our submission limit during this peak period. Could you please let me know who I should contact to discuss this further?

Unfortunately, we cannot increase the submission limits for the Gold plan. To customize your limits, we recommend upgrading to an Enterprise plan. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:
- Go to the Contact Sales page, and fill out the form.
- Then, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.

Your Jotform account already has the Gold subscription. This is the highest tier of subscription for standard accounts. Currently, we don't have an offer that will increase the monthly subscription limit more. My teammate suggested the Enterprise plan since this offered unlimited monthly submission. We have limited knowledge about the Enterprise plan and if it's possible to have it for only a month.
We encourage you to contact the Enterprise Sales team to get more details if their offer meets your monthly submission expectation for a limited time only.

Thanks for the information! I have another question about submissions. On 3/14 I received an email stating that we would exceed our submission limit on 3/16. However, when I filter our form dates there are only 5,591 submissions which isn't near the 10,000 limit. Can you help me understand the discrepancy and let me know if I should be viewing my usage a different way?
