Here’s how to cancel your Jotform subscription and downgrade back to the Free plan via your account settings:
- Go to your Billing page while logged in: Change plan.
- In the Current Plan section, look for your active paid plan.
- Click the Change Plan or Downgrade button associated with your current subscription.
- In the list of available plans, locate the Starter (Free) plan.
- Click Downgrade under the Starter/Free plan.
- A confirmation or feedback window may appear; follow the prompts to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription and move to the Free plan.
- Once confirmed, your account will be set to downgrade at the end of your current billing period, and your paid subscription will not renew.
