    Hi Jennifer,

    You can connect payment forms, or forms set up with one of our 40+ Payment Processors, to your AI Agents in a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.

    2. In the menu on the left, click on Forms.

    3. Then, click on Add New Form at the top of the Forms section.

    4. In the Dropdown menu, select your Payment Form. Or use the Search bar at the top of the menu to find a specific one easily. Note that payment forms display a Dollar Sign icon on the right side of the form name, making them easy to identify.

    5. Finally, click on Add.

    Now, your AI agent can help users who want to make a purchase through your payment forms by taking their orders and completing any required details. Check out the screenshot below to see how it'll look:

    Are you asking about the renewal of your subscription? I checked your account and can see that the subscription already renewed successfully last April 4th, 2026. The next renewal is on May 2nd, 2026. You can Check Your Invoices for more information about the latest renewal. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
    2. Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
    3. To download the invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.

    Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here. Also, as indicated by my colleague, you currently have an active subscription to Gold that was renewed successfully on April 4th, 2026. You can check your recent invoice to see the full details. You can follow the steps my colleague provided.

    I’ve heard back from the relevant team, and they confirmed that the card ending in 3131 will be used for your next billing on May 2, 2026, and for future billings as well.
