AgoViresWe are having issues with the following form - QA PRO 07 FIC 060-42 - Electrical Equipment Test Record Sheet (RCD's). The guys in the field are saying that they have filled out the form on a particular date example 10/04/2026 but submission date is saying 13/04/2026.
We are also missing all submissions from the 11/04/2026. Can you please help with this issue. It looks as though the issue has only started in April. We have never had any issues like this previously.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Marco,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Regarding the issue with the submission dates showing differently than the dates filled out by your team and missing submissions from certain dates, this can sometimes be related to how the submission date is recorded and displayed in the system.
One thing you might want to check is whether the "Submission Date" field is being used or displayed in your PDF documents or reports, as sometimes the system's submission date reflects the actual date the form was submitted to Jotform servers, which might differ from the date entered inside the form by users.
If you want to remove or adjust the display of the Submission Date in your PDF documents, here’s how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, hover over your form and click on More on the right side.
- Click on Open PDF Editor from the More menu.
- In PDF Editor, select the Submission Date field and click the Trash icon at the bottom-right to remove it.
- If you cannot delete it directly, try dragging the field to a different place in the PDF document and then click the Trash icon again.
This will prevent the submission date from showing in your PDF documents, which might help clarify the date discrepancies you are seeing.
For the missing submissions on 11/04/2026, please check the form's submission page and filters to ensure no date filters or conditions are hiding those submissions. Also, verify if there were any connectivity issues or form settings that might have affected submissions on that date.
Reach out again if you need any more help.

AgoViresI need further help with the issue. We need to get this fixed. It only seems to be happening this month. We have never had this happen before. Is there a way to check whether there are forms waiting to be submitted?
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Marco,
You can easily check if there are any forms waiting to be submitted or view new submissions using the Jotform Mobile App. Let me show you how:
- Open your Jotform Mobile App and tap the form you want to view submissions from.
- Tap on Submissions in the menu that opens at the bottom of the screen.
- In Jotform Inbox, tap on any submission to see the details.
That’s it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

AgoViresI still need help thank you.

Kris JotForm SupportHi Marco,
I've cloned your form and made a couple of submissions. But they went through and recorded them in the submission tables. You can check out the screencast I've shared below:
I noticed your form had enabled the Save and Continue Later feature. It can happen that users save their form progress first and continue to submit the form at a later time. The form also has multiple Email Notifications. Did you receive an Email Notificaiton on 10/04/2026 and not on 13/04/2026?
To keep the conversation organized, I moved your other question about missing submissions to its thread, and someone from our Support Team will help you with it here.
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
