I did something to change the default choice in JotSign. Initials don't automatically display when signing a document where there is an initial field. My backpage on this form also is weird because it has the wrong picture that doesn't match the one that is tagged for it. When you open the form it has the correct one but in the Build it is incorrect. In my forms there is no toggle to Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

I want to revert the attached link back to the 2/8/26 version when it was fine before I started changing things. Please!

    Hi Gigi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
    2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
