Not receiving message with Whatsapp integration in Agent

Thanks for getting back to me. I've attached a few screenshots to clarify the issue. I've successfully integrated the WhatsApp number, and even after prompting users through the chatbot, nothing happens when the conversation ends. In other words, I’m not receiving any summary message at all.
