Issue with Zapier MCP Server and WhatsApp Integration on Jotform

I'm experiencing an issue with the MCP server integration via Zapier and the built-in WhatsApp functionality. Although I managed to integrate the Zapier MCP with the chatbot and its corresponding event trigger (Create and Update rows), when I try to send a conversation summary, it doesn't work—no action happens at all. Additionally, there are no instructions or libraries available for guidance. In the same vein, the integrated WhatsApp feature also isn’t functioning as expected.

Regarding the Whatsapp feature, I’m not sure I understand. Can you explain exactly where it isn't functioning as expected?

You'll see in the screenshots that the Zapier MCP configuration shows three actions, but at no point was I prompted to specify a spreadsheet name. And even though the scenario for "conversation ends" is set up in the next screenshot, nothing actually happens when a conversation finishes.

In short, all I'm trying to do is send a summary of each conversation to Google Sheets (or any other medium), but it just doesn't work as intended. Let me know if you need any further details. Thanks!
