I have built 3 different apps. The bottom navigation bar on all three different apps appears, but when you tap on any of the pages, there is no response. The on specific app has an app ID 252435160974156 I am using this on an android phone using google chrome. I have tried using both the browser an d home-screen shortcut, and neither works.

    Hi Lawrence,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Regarding the issue with the bottom navigation bar on your apps not responding when tapped on your Android phone using Google Chrome, here are some important points and steps to consider:

    1. Multi-Page Setup: Ensure your app is set up as a multi-page app. The bottom navigation bar only works if your app has multiple pages. If your app is a single page, the bottom navigation bar will appear but tapping on pages won't respond.

    2. Navigation Settings: In the App Builder, go to Navigation Settings at the bottom-right corner. Make sure Enable Bottom Navigation is toggled on. You can also choose the display style (Icon and Text or Icon Only) and arrange the pages in the desired order.

    3. Page Properties: Check each page's properties to confirm that the pages are set to show on navigation and are properly configured.

    4. Test on Multiple Devices: Since you tried both the browser and home-screen shortcut on your Android phone, also try testing on another device or browser to see if the issue persists.

If these settings are correct and the issue continues, it might be related to a specific app configuration or a bug. You may want to review your app's page setup and navigation configuration in the App Builder.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I have tried the app on a different device, and still get no response on tapping. The bottom navigation bar worked yesterday, but not today.

    Hi Lawrence,

Since the bottom navigation bar worked yesterday but is not responding today on multiple devices, here are some additional steps to try:

    1. Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes browser cache or cookies can cause issues with app functionality. Clear the cache and cookies in Google Chrome on your devices and then reload the app.

    2. Check for Recent Changes: Review if any recent changes were made to the app in the App Builder, especially related to navigation settings or page properties that might affect the bottom navigation bar.

    3. Verify Multi-Page Setup: Confirm again that your app is set up as a multi-page app and that the pages are configured to show in the bottom navigation.

    4. Test in Incognito Mode: Try opening the app in an incognito/private browsing window in Chrome to rule out any extension or cache interference.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be related to a specific app configuration or a temporary bug. Reviewing your app's navigation setup in the App Builder is recommended.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I have talked to other clients who have the app on both android and iPhone, chrome and safari. They are experiencing the same problem. The problem started today, everything worked fine yesterday.

    Hi lsmichalski,

I have performed some tests with your app and a cloned version, and I was able to replicate the issue on my device with both apps.

I will escalate this to our back-end team, and we will let you know as soon as we receive any updates.

    Hi Lawrence,

I checked this Jotform App and was able to replicate the issue when I tested it on my mobile device. The navigation bar at the bottom isn't working. I added this to the escalation notes my teammate raised to the developers.

We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

This morning I have noticed that on 2 different apps. 2 different accounts. The event calendar does not appear on our mobile phones. When I go to each account and go to build, on preview the calendar appears, it does not appear in real time on our phone. The accounts are LOI, and AI Chat. Please help.
