Canceling or Changing Your Subscription
You can easily cancel or change your subscription, but this must be done on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
- On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
- Under the Billing tab on the left, beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.
- Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan or select the plan you want to keep.
You’ll see a pop-up window with extra information about the downgrade or plan change. Just follow the instructions to continue managing your subscription.
If you want to set up a recurring subscription using Stripe integration in your form, here’s how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- Under the Payments tab, click on the Stripe gateway and select Payment Settings.
- In the menu on the right side, click on the Downward Arrow icon in the Payment Type section and select Sell Subscriptions.
- In the My Products field, click on the Add Subscription button, then click on the Gear icon to customize your subscription.
- Once finished, click on Save at the bottom-right of the menu.
