Monday Integration: Request for Support and Setup Assistance

    Hi I'm looking at setting up Jotform to work with Monday for my orders and need some support setting this up, i have tried the help guides but its not really working correctly, is there any way some can call or setup a meeting to help me with this please.

    It's easy to prefill the form fields from Monday.com in Jotform. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Prefill.

    3. Scroll down and click on the Monday.com Prefill and enter your Monday.com API Key and click on Add New Account.

    4. Select the board and group you want to prefill from, match your fields and then click on Save Settings.

    5. Now, click on the Add a New Prefill button, and in the window that opens, select the tasks you want to prefill, then click on Create.

Image-3 To transfer data correctly from Jotform to the Monday.com integration, ensure that the data types on both sides match. For example, the dropdown menu in the Monday.com integration should correspond to the dropdown menu in Jotform.     Take note that we don't do Google or Teams Call support and we only help users on this Help Center thread. You can try reaching out to the Enterprise team if you want to request a demo or live support. Contacting our Enterprise Sales Team is easy, you'll just need to send a request first, and they'll reach out to you with more information. Let me show you where to find the request form:

    1. Go to the Contact Sales page, and fill out the form.
    2. Then, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.

    I havent had any support I have asked for support but got nothing, why are you closing my ticket.

    I’ve checked the five most recent forms you edited, and none of them are integrated with Monday.com. Can you share the form URL in question and explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a clearer idea of what’s happening?
