Due to me having to move to Harvey Bay, I’ve had to place on the business so no longer having to use this service I have tried manually cancelling the subscription however I was unsuccessful in doing so. I’m just wanting to see if there’s any chance that you can cancel the subscription for me thank you.

Thanks for using Jotform. You can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you’ll need to do it on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.

3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you’ll see a pop-up window with additional information about the downgrade. Simply follow the instructions to continue canceling your plan. If you choose to downgrade your subscription now, you will retain access to your current paid plan features until your subscription expires on May 12, 2026. After that date, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter plan and you will no longer be billed.
This means you won't lose access to your paid plan benefits immediately upon downgrading; you can continue using them until the end of your current billing cycle.

You can follow the steps above to cancel your subscription. You’ll continue to have access to the service for the remainder of your current billing period, and no further charges will be applied after that.
