I’ve checked our Email Logs, and I don’t see an email containing the form. When you open the form from the email, you can copy the link from the browser’s address bar to get the form link. Also, are you encountering an error when submitting the form? If so, mind grabbing a screenshot of what you’re seeing and sending it over?
