If yes, I tested this on my end. I entered a phone number to register, and the code was sent. Here's another screenshot you can look at:
Do you have another phone number that you can use or try? You can also try using other browsers or incognito mode to see if they'll give you the same result. In addition, I've cleared the cache of your form.
