Clinicair“Download All” button not working in PDF editor
-
Podo: Support SpecialistHi Clinicair,
It's really easy to download your PDF files. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon at the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor.
2. In PDF Editor, click on the Download button at the top-right side of the page.
3. In the Dropdown menu, click on Download PDF or Download All. That's it.
The Download PDF button will only download the PDF you are currently viewing in the PDF Editor. If you use the Download All button, it will email you a zip file containing all submissions in PDF format.
Example of how it looks when you open the document downloaded via the Download PDF button:

Jerlan JotForm SupportHi Clinicair,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cleared your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again? I also suggest you try it on a different browser and let us know how it goes. If the same thing happens again, clear your web browser's cache and cookies.
If the issue continues, can you check if it's happening to all of your forms? Also, a screenshot or a recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link. We’ve also got a guide explaining how to send us a screenshot.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

ClinicairTried it again. No joy. Tried other forms, nope. I’ve accessed it thru a Windows laptop and an iPad doesn’t work with either

Jerlan JotForm SupportHi Clinicair,
Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help. -

Ok I’ve allowed access. The form im immediately concerned with is 1435 celebration

Jerlan JotForm SupportHi Clinicair,
I have accessed the form PDF editor for the 1435 celebration form, and it looks like it isn't responding. I noticed that the form has multiple PDF versions. Can you share which PDF you're trying to download? I have tried to download it through Jotform Tables, and it's working fine. Can you try to download it from there? Let me show you how:
- On your Workspace page, click on the form with the data you want to download, and click on Submissions on the top-left side of the page.
- In Tables that opens, in the upper-right side of the page, click on Download All.
- Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download all your data.
Give it a go and let us know if anything else comes up.
