Form Builder: My field order is messed up

Helppp my page is a mess, on my form starting from "date needed by" it used to be followed by the special instructions field and then the payment logo options and finally the submit button, I am not sure how all of this ended up on the top of my form, I keep trying to fix it but I feel like I will mess it up even more, can you please assist me with this and getting that portion back to the end of the form? Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You might want to try the Revision History feature, which allows you to restore the previous version of the form. It'll show a preview to make sure you're selecting the correct version. Let me show you how to use it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to. 
3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.

I tried this but I don't see anywhere on the revision history where I may have accidentally moved this to the top and I don't want to mess it up more

If only the order of the fields needs to change, I suggest just dragging the fields around. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click and drag one of your elements slowly to where you need it to be.
2. Repeat the same for other fields, and that's it.
