Account Access: Unable to Cancel Subscription After Account Closure

    I closed my account and now I am unable to go into my account to cancel my subscription. I need to speak with someone.

    Hi Nancy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Account subscriptions are automatically canceled when you delete your account, so there is no need to cancel them manually. I can confirm that your account has been deleted and your subscription has been canceled. The subscription will automatically be downgraded back to the Starter plan on April 19, 2026, and the account will be completely purged after 30 days.
