Hello,
I just received a credit card alert for a $408 charge for JotForm- I DO NOT want a subscription to JotForm. I want it cancelled immediately. I no longer require the services.
Thanks,

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Dana, I’m sorry for the frustration with that unexpected charge, and I’ll walk you through how to cancel your Jotform subscription right away.
If you purchased your subscription on the Jotform website (most common case), please follow these steps to cancel and downgrade back to the Free plan:
- Go to your Billing page here: Change plan (log in to your Jotform account if prompted).
- On the My Plan section, locate your current paid plan.
- Click the Change Plan or Downgrade option next to your current plan.
- In the list of available plans, select the Starter (Free) plan.
- Confirm the downgrade when prompted (there may be a confirmation dialog or summary of changes).
- After confirming, your account will be set to downgrade at the end of the current billing period or immediately, depending on your current billing status.
You can also review the full step-by-step guide here: How to cancel your Jotform subscription.
If you purchased your subscription through a mobile app (Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android), cancellation must be done directly through that store:
-
If purchased via iOS App Store (iPhone/iPad/Mac):
- Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Jotform in the list of active subscriptions.
- Tap Jotform, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- You can also refer to Apple’s official guide here: how to cancel a subscription from Apple.
-
If purchased via Google Play (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find Jotform in your active subscriptions.
- Tap Jotform, then tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
- You can also refer to Google’s guide here: how to cancel a subscription from Google Play.
Since you mentioned a specific $408 charge and that you do not want the subscription at all, you may also want to request your money back after canceling:
- Once you’ve canceled your Jotform subscription (via web, Apple, or Google Play as applicable), go to our Refund Request form here: Refund Request.
- Fill out the form with:
- Your Jotform account email.
- Details of the charge (amount, date, last 4 digits of the card, and any invoice/transaction ID if available).
- A short explanation that you did not want the subscription and wish to have the $408 charge refunded.
- Submit the form so the billing team can review your request in line with our 30-Day Money Back Policy in our Terms of Use.
- If your subscription was purchased through the Jotform Mobile App:
- For Google Play, request a refund via: Google Play refund request.
- For Apple App Store, request a refund via: Apple’s refund request page.
- You can also review this guide for more details: How to request Refund from Jotform.
To help you more precisely, can you tell me whether you signed up and paid through the Jotform website, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store, and confirm the email address associated with your Jotform account (just the address, no passwords)? Let me know once you’ve followed the steps above or if you get stuck on any particular step.
