- Go to your Billing page while logged in: Change plan.
- Under the My Plan section, look for your current paid plan.
- Click the Change Plan or Downgrade button associated with your current subscription.
- In the list of plans, select the Starter (Free) plan.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the downgrade back to the Free plan.
- Once the downgrade is completed, your subscription will be set to end at the end of the current billing period (or immediately, depending on your current status), and your payment method will no longer be charged.

If you originally purchased your Jotform subscription through the iOS App Store or Android (Google Play) mobile app, the cancellation must be done directly in the store you used:

If purchased via iOS App Store:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and select Jotform from the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Your payment gateway will automatically discard your saved credit card details once your subscription ends. Since you’ve already cancelled the subscription, no further charges will occur, and we don’t have direct access to remove the card ourselves since this process is handled securely by the payment gateway.
