Raymond JotForm SupportHi jwustman,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your monthly usage reset date is the first of every month. Checking your account's monthly reset date is quick and easy. Here’s a quick how-to:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Then, click on the Usage tab on the left side of the page.
4. Now, in the Monthly Usage section, you can view your real-time usage data along with the date your monthly limit will reset.
That’s it. Reach out again if you have any other questions. -
jwustmanRaymond,
thanks for the info on where to look for usage. Since I am not close to exceeding the upload limit, why did I get a notice that you were going to shut down my account?

Shirized JotForm SupportHi Jeff,
Regarding the notice about your account potentially being shut down despite not being close to your upload limit, this usually happens when you approach or reach one of your account's usage limits, not just the upload space.
Jotform accounts have various monthly usage limits, such as submissions, form views, payment submissions, signed documents, and more. When you approach any of these limits, the system sends an email notification as a warning. If a limit is reached, your forms may be disabled on the scheduled date mentioned in the email, and users might see a Form over quota message.
To check your current usage and limits, you can visit your Account Usage page. You can follow the steps my colleague provided. If you find you are nearing any limits, you can either wait for the monthly reset on the first of each month or consider upgrading your plan to increase your limits. You might also want to check out this guide, Understanding Your Jotform Account Usage and Limits, for more information.
