songiesongHello,
I am currently experiencing an issue with a Google Sheets integration in Jotform.
The connected Google Sheets account has encountered an authentication error, and I am only given the option to "Resolve" by re-authenticating the same sheet. However, I would like to disconnect (unintegrate) the existing sheets and connect new ones instead.
At the moment, there does not appear to be any option to remove or disconnect the existing integration due to this error state.
Here are the affected forms (Form IDs):
- Inbound (JP): 213143576468461
- SA/BD Outbound: 213291435830452
Could you please help me:
- Remove or reset the current Google Sheets integration for these forms, or
- Enable me to disconnect the existing sheets so I can integrate new ones?
This issue is blocking me from setting up a new Google Sheets integration.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Hyoungjun Ji

Podo: Support SpecialistHi ShopeeJP,
It's easy to re-integrate the Google Sheets integration. First, we’ll remove the existing Action. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Google Sheets integration.
- Then, hover over the Action section and click on the Three Dots icon.
- In the dropdown menu, select Delete Action, and in the window that opens click on Yes, Discard.
Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:
- While in Google Sheet Integration settings, click on the Add New Action button.
- Now, select an action and click on Next.
- Then, click on Add Action and customize settings as you want.
- Once you finish customizing, click on the Save button at the bottom right of the settings.
If you select Create new spreadsheet, a new spreadsheet will be created in your Google account, where submissions will be collected. If you select Use existing spreadsheet, submissions will be collected in the spreadsheet you choose, which is already connected to your Google account. We also have a guide about How to Integrate Forms With Google Sheets that you can check out.
Reach out again if you need any more help.

Jeric_THi Hyoungjun,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I could not replicate the issue when I cloned your form so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team. We can't tell you exactly when the issue will be fixed, but we'll let you know via this thread as soon as we have an update.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Luna Product Triage SpecialistHi songiesong,
When I tried to replicate the issue, I deleted Jotform Integration access from my Google account and I received a similar error message. Then, I clicked on "Resolve", authenticated again and I was able to delete the integration. Can you please click on "Resolve", authenticate again and then remove the connected Google Sheet?
If this does not solve the issue, can you please send us a screen recording of what's happening when you click on Resolve? You can upload recordings to Google Drive or Dropbox or use Loom, and our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center shows how to send a screenshot.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Luna Product Triage SpecialistHi Hyoungjun,
Thank you so much for providing the screen recording, that helped me understand what's going on. The issue seems to be related to Google Workspace Admin permissions. After you click on Authenticate and choose your Gmail account, I saw the following message: "Access blocked: Your institution's admin needs to review Jotform integrations. This app needs access beyond authentication and must be reviewed per the company's policy. If you require access, click “Request Access” and submit a ticket at ***.com under “Whitelist Software” → “3rd Party Google OAuth Apps Whitelisting”.
Have you clicked on Request Access button on this page? I'm expecting your Google Workspace Admin to receive a notification when you click on this button so they can grant you access for Jotform's Google Sheets integration.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
