John JotForm SupportHi Brendan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you mean you'd like the section header to appear in the email notification, it isn’t included by default. Only the form title shows up by default. Check out the screenshot below of a default email notification template for example:
So if it's important for you to include the section headers, you can manually add them in the table. It's easy to set up. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. Then, choose Emails from the menu on the left.
3. Next, in the Email Content Editor window, place your cursor where you want to add a new row, and the Table Editor toolbar will appear.
4. Select Insert Row Before option from the toolbar if you want the row to appear above the row where your cursor is located. You can select Insert Row After if you want it to appear below instead.
5. Now, in the newly-added row, enter the Section Header manually, then select it and edit its appearance using the Email Content Editor toolbar at the top.
6. After that, click on Save Email, and you're done.
You can also check out our guide on How to Edit Notification and Autoresponder Emails for more information. Check out the screenshot below to see how the email looks on my cloned form:Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
