So I'm trying to create a form where when you choose one alternative, the report will say one thing and when you choose another alternative the report will say another thing. I added a condition for this to happen saying "If. . . Equals To. . ., Show/Hide. . ." but when I fill out the form and submit it, the report doesn't adhere to the conditions but instead shows everything.

    Hi Halle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you provide the form URL so that we can check the condition that is not working?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.
This is the form I'm working on.

    Hi Halle,

Are you looking to conditionally hide the Paragraph fields in the PDF output the same way they are conditionally hidden in the form via the Show/Hide Field conditional logic? Please note that you can only hide empty form fields, but this does not apply to Paragraph elements, as they're not input fields. They're just static fields on the PDF.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated it as a feature request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As a workaround, you can create different PDF documents and manually edit them in PDF Editor by removing the Paragraph elements. You can then email your PDF document template based on user's answers.

Reach out again if there's anything else we can do for you.

    Okay thank you.

In the same form I'm working on, there is a field that says "Photo Report link for additional photos can be viewed here:" if the person filling out this form attaches a link to a company cam, would that link show up and be a functional link in the report (PDF output)?

    Hi Halle,

I’ve gone ahead and moved your other question to a separate thread to keep things tidy, and someone from our Support Team will help you out with it here.

Give it a go and let us know if anything else comes up.
