Form Submission: Thank You Page Not Displaying

    this form will not finish the cycle when using a phone. After submitting the pages stays on the same window but it does not transition to the thank you page. However we receive notification that a new form has been submitted and in fact it goes through .

    Also the SMS is not working to notify the sender for submitting order.

    Regarding your form not transitioning to the thank you page on mobile devices after submission, this behavior can happen even though the submission is successful and notifications are received. Note that in Jotform's Form Builder, it is not possible to redirect users to another website after a certain period automatically, and JavaScript cannot be used to modify or change the Thank You Page.

    For the SMS notification issue, please ensure that your phone number is verified for SMS notifications. Here’s how to verify and set up SMS notifications:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the top orange navigation bar.
    2. Select Notifications from the left menu.
    3. Choose SMS/Text Message from the notification channels.
    4. Enter your phone number and click Next.
    5. Enter the verification code sent to your phone and click Next again.

    After verification, customize your SMS message content as needed. Remember, SMS messages have an 80-character limit and do not support rich formatting.

    If you still don't receive SMS notifications, check that your mobile network allows international SMS and that the correct phone number is selected.

    Jotform forms are mobile responsive by default, so no additional configuration is usually needed for mobile friendliness.

    Can you let us know the make and model of the mobile phone and the browser you are using when submitting the form? In the meantime, I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Try submitting the form using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
