The historical data appearing when you select name or phone fields is due to browser-specific autofill, not data from other users. As such, there is not a risk of that information being seen by other users on other devices. That said, if multiple people are using the same device/browser, that could be a risk. As such, if you want to disable the auto complete from occurring, you can follow the following steps.

• In your Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, go to Settings.
• Under Settings, click on Show More Options.
• Scroll down a bit and change the setting Allow Browser AutoComplete from Yes to No.
