The chatbot on my app has been trained with various websites as well as the information in the app and yet doesn't seem to be aware of it.

for example, a page on the app is dedicated to 'what happens at the festival' and yet when I ask 'what happens at the festival', the chatbot doesn't know.

I have now fed it the right answer through Q&A but I can't do that with everything.

Same with 'when is the festival', it's in the app and one of the crawled websites but I had to tell it.

I just crawled a TripAdvisor page on 'cafes in Hartley Wintney'. But when I ask the chatbot, it doesn't know about them.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Try to recrawl the websites if the AI Agent doesn't get the answer, then test it again. It's part of the training to feed the AI with the right answer and take over conversations if the AI can't handle it. The agent learn from these and use it in future conversations.

In fact I cleared out the forms cache and now it seems to remember some more! Thanks
