Kris JotForm SupportHi Sreejan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The pci in a Jotform URL indicates that the form is being served from a specific, highly secure subdomain pci.jotform.com dedicated to handling Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant processes. This is a security feature, not an error. You can check out the further details below:
- Jotform does not store or display full credit card numbers due to PCI compliance; only the first and last four digits are visible for security reasons.
- Jotform acts as an intermediary between the payment gateway and the payer. The actual transaction and credit card information are handled securely by the payment gateway, not stored on Jotform.
- If a payment is successfully completed, you will see a Transaction ID in your Jotform Tables as confirmation.
- To collect payments, you integrate your form with a payment gateway, which allows you to sell products, collect donations, or accept custom payments securely.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
