Card Forms: Error upon submission that required fields are missing

    2. Required Field Validation Error

    I marked several fields in the checklist as “Required.” During testing, even after completing all fields, the form would not allow submission. A red error message appears at the bottom indicating that required fields are missing, although everything appears to be filled out.

    Please let me know:

    • What could be causing this validation issue
    • How to identify which specific field is triggering the error
    • Any recommended fix to ensure proper form completion and submission

    Hi ofMaids,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form, but wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to go through all your questions and submit the form. Check out my screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? I've also cleared your Form Cache as a precaution. In case the issue persists, you'll see a red dot at the bottom of the form to determine which field requires attention. See my screenshot below to see what I mean:

    Also, as card forms allow you to skip some cards, it's still best to go through each one of them to make sure all fields are filled.
