neidigjustinGood evening,
I was using chatgpt assist to create a form and it somehow deleted a large portion of this form. I'm super stressed. Is there anyway I can restore this form from this morning, any time before 1pm or so?
https://www.jotform.com/build/260585235862059
This is the form that had a huge chunk of it deleted. And I did not make a clone of it any time recently, the most previous being March 1. Please help if you can.
Thank you so much!

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Justin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your concern about the deleted portion of your form, unfortunately, Jotform does not have a built-in feature to restore previous versions of a form or revert form edits made earlier in the day if you did not create a clone or backup.
However, if you had submissions or entries deleted, those can sometimes be restored from the Trash in Jotform Tables or Inbox, but this does not apply to the form structure itself.
For future prevention, it's a good practice to clone your form before making major changes or to periodically save backups.
If you want, I can guide you through checking if any deleted submissions can be restored or provide tips on how to prevent this issue in the future.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Jeric_THi Justin,
You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help. -
neidigjustinIt was exactly what I needed. Thank you!
