My client Veronica Sullivan states she completed my health assessment, but it never came to me and its not in my list of completed health assessments.
Can you find it?

Do you have emails turned on for when you get submissions? This can be found in the Form Builder > Settings > Emails > Notification Email > and confirming your email is entered into the "recipient Email" box under the recipients tab.
If this is turned on with your email entered, you should have received an email saying that Veronica has completed your assessment!
If everything is there but no email has been received, I would suggest exporting your submissions via Jotform Tables. This way, you can see all of the submissions that have been sent through your form. You can use this video

Yes I have it on, but the submission is not in my list of completed assignments, so it would not have noticed me. Where else could it be?

Did Veronica get an email confirming she submitted her assignment? If she does, then we can move forward with investigating where it could possibly be located! Just want to confirm her information went through completely on her end.
