Podo: Support SpecialistHi Debbie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding Veronica Sullivan's health assessment submission, if you are the form owner, you can find the submitted forms on your My Forms page. To see the submissions, select the form and click on the Submissions option at the top of the page.
If the form was shared with Veronica through email and she filled it out, she should also be able to find it in her Assigned Forms folder on the Workspace page. However, if she filled out the form using a direct URL, the submission won't appear there, and you as the form owner would need to check the submissions directly.
Let me know if you need guidance on how to access these submissions or if you have any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Debbie,
If Veronica Sullivan's submission is not in the Submissions section of your form, it might be worth checking the Inbox for that form. You can find the Inbox by selecting your form in your Workspace, then clicking the Inbox button on the right side of the form. Sometimes submissions appear there as well.
Additionally, you can use the search bar in Jotform Tables to search for specific submissions by name or other keywords, which might help locate the submission if it's there but not immediately visible.
If the form was shared with Veronica via email and she filled it out, she should also be able to find it in her Assigned Forms folder on the Workspace page. However, if she used a direct URL to fill out the form, the submission won't appear there.
Currently, there is no option to search across all forms at once, so you'll need to check each form's submissions or inbox individually.
Give these options a try and let us know if you still can't find the submission.
