This issue is happening frequently and is extremely concerning. Customers are attempting to sign up using our form, but their submissions are being denied, yet the corresponding time slots are still being blocked.
The event is this Saturday, and currently 8 time slots are marked as reserved, but I have only received 5 successful submissions. Customers are calling, reporting issues with the form, and it’s causing confusion and frustration.
Please advise urgently on how to resolve this, as it’s affecting our event registration.

- Check the Appointment field settings: In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field, then select the Gear icon to open its menu.
- Go to the Limits tab: Here, you can manage how time slots are reserved and blocked.
- Review your settings for blocking dates and time slots: Make sure that only successful submissions block the time slots and that there are no settings causing slots to be blocked prematurely.

If the issue persists, consider enabling the Unique Submission feature to prevent multiple submissions from the same user or device, which might help reduce conflicts.

It looks like customers are being redirected at checkout—they aren’t actually being charged, and while the time slot gets blocked, the submission doesn’t come through. This seems to be a very common issue with JotForm. I have nothing to screenshot unfortunately
