Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form to see if I can replicate the issue, and the same thing happened to me. The thank you page is not showing as expected. We can fix this by disabling the redundant Thank You page conditions. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the navigation bar at the top.
2. Next, click on the Conditions section on the left side panel.
3. Select the Thank you page conditions by ticking the checkboxes next to them.
4. Then, scroll up and click on the Disable button.

Now, the thank you page will now show correctly. Check out the screencast below for my result:

The conditions you created are correct. Can you give us permission to do a test submission on your form and see if we can replicate the issue on the original form?

I tested it but couldn’t replicate the issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. We’ll circle back with an update when there is one.

Thank you and your test appeared successful, redirecting the URL to my Shopify store. I retested and my submission results also redirected me to the appropriate Shopify page URL. I just need to update the hidden box widgets to the short form hidden text to resolve the initial request. Thank you so much team!
