Workflow Routing: Team Members Cannot View Full Intake Form and Uploaded Documents Automatically

    In addition, I have my workflow set up so that when a team member selects their name, the form should route to them. However, when they open the file, they cannot see the full intake form, including uploaded documents such as W‑2s, unless I manually send the files to them. This defeats the purpose of having a workflow and forces me to stay involved in every file, which is not sustainable.

    Hi Passionette,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We'd like to look at the Worklfow you're referring to and investigate what went wrong. But the email address you used to open this support ticket isn't linked to any Jotform account. Can you share the form's link? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
