To whom it may concern,
I don't have much information regarding a jotform account that was set up by a staff member for a business that is no longer in existence. I continue to get a charge on my credit card every month, and would like to cancel the account.
The first invoice was INV-46609225601-1729701654, and the card attached to it ends in 0307. Please cancel the service immediately.

Podo: Support SpecialistI can help point you in the right direction, but for security and privacy reasons we can’t cancel or access a billing account from here using card details or invoice numbers.
Since you’re being charged and want the service canceled, please do the following:
-
If you can still access the Jotform account that’s being billed:
- Log in to that Jotform account.
- Go to your My Workspace page: https://www.jotform.com/myworkspace/
- Click your profile picture/avatar at the top-right.
- Click your Name to open the Account page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
- Scroll down and click Delete My Account at the bottom.
- In the confirmation window, click Yes, Delete.
- Copy the verification code sent to the email address linked to the account.
- Enter the code (and click Verify if prompted).
- Click the red Delete My Account button.
-
If you only want to stop billing (cancel the subscription) but keep the account:
- While logged in to the billed account, follow this guide: How to Cancel Your Jotform Subscription – https://www.jotform.com/help/341-how-to-cancel-a-subscription-and-downgrade-back-to-free/

If you do not know the login email/username for the account that’s charging you:
- Please contact our support team via the Jotform Support page while not logged in, and include:
- The invoice number you shared (e.g., INV-46609225601-1729701654).
- The last 4 digits of the card (0307).
- The approximate charge amount and billing frequency (e.g., monthly, yearly).
- Our billing team can then locate the subscription and help cancel it securely.
- Please contact our support team via the Jotform Support page while not logged in, and include:
If you’d like, tell me whether you can log in to the account or not, and I can guide you with the exact next steps.
