AI Phone number: Does Purchasing Phone Line Add-On Remove Extension Requirement for Forwarded Calls?

Right now, if I forward calls to the AI bot number, an extension has to be entered to reach the bot. If I were to purchase the $10 phone line add-on, and a call is forwarded to that new number, would it eliminate the need to enter an extension since it’s a number I pay for?

Purchasing the phone number add-on provides you with an exclusive phone number for your AI agent. However, the AI agent phone number still requires an extension to be entered to reach the bot. The add-on does not eliminate the need to enter an extension when forwarding calls to the AI bot number.
