admin_Admin_admin294Quick issue though, they could edit a number of times so how would that work on say a 2nd or 3rd edit with the same field?Briefly, the form is for a particular month.
Players pick # options based on their membership. Let's just say 4. There are 16 to choose from. All dates/times. They have to pick all their member options in the initial submission but they can go back and edit to change options to other dates times within the month.

Jeric_THi admin_Admin_admin294,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. That's the limitation when a user edits a submission on their 2nd or subsequent attempt. If they do so, when they open the edit link, the first edit date will be the value, and while we do not allow past dates on the Date Picker settings, it only validates it if the field is empty. If it has a value, it can be submitted even when it's on a past date. When you say within the month, the basis will be the submission date, right? Yes, adding an Edit Date is the solution by computing the day difference between the submission and edit date, which allows you to create a condition that if the difference is more than 30, you can hide all the fields and leave a message that the form submission can no longer be edited.
Going back, the limitation is when they edit the 2nd or more times as discussed in the first part of my response. It looks like we need a feature to clear a field value, Date Picker in this case, when the form is edited, so it forces them to enter a new edit date or enforce validation of past and future dates, even if the field already has a value.
While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.

Sonnyfer Enterprise SupportHi admin_Admin_admin294,
Yes, if a field is hidden, the form can still be submitted even if the hidden field is required.
Reach out again if you need any more help.
