Appointment Scheduler: Setting Specific Time Slots on a Vacation Without Affecting Others

Also, I need to remove the 3pm for April 25 and May 16. If I do "vacation" it will also remove my 11:30am slot. How do you suggest doing this? Maybe I need to break it into 2 different appointment schedulers?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add another Appointment widget for the 3PM slot and then add a vacation on it to remove the 3PM slots from April 25 to May 16. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of your Appointment widget.
2. Then, click on Limits on the upper right side of the page.
3. In Vacation and Holidays, select your Start Date and End Date.

That's it. Take note that we don't have an option to set a particular time slot to a vacation, so adding another Appointment widget is the best option for this scenario. Do you need further assistance with your Appontment widget?
