umacarcheryMy form is setup. It will expire on April 10th. I would like to offer a PDF registration form on the screen that the customer receives when they try to register and get the notice that the Jotform registration has timed out

Podo: Support SpecialistHi umacarchery,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding your request to offer a PDF registration form on the screen when your Jotform registration form expires or times out, here is what you can do:
You cannot directly display a PDF on the timeout or expiration notice screen within Jotform. However, you can provide a link to a PDF registration form on the form's Thank You page or in the autoresponder email that users receive after submitting the form.
Here’s how to do it:
- Upload your PDF registration form to a file-sharing platform or your website to get a URL link.
- In Form Builder, go to Settings on the top orange navigation bar.
- Select Thank You Page from the left menu.
- Edit the Thank You message and highlight the text where you want to insert the PDF link.
- Click the Hyperlink icon and enter the URL of your PDF file, then click OK.
Alternatively, you can attach the PDF registration form to the autoresponder email that is sent to users after they submit the form. This way, they receive the PDF automatically.
For more details, you can refer to the guide on How to Attach a File to Autoresponder Emails.
If you want to show a message or redirect users when the form expires, you can customize the expiration message in your form settings, but embedding a PDF directly on that message screen is not supported.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

umacarcheryThis answer is exactly the reason that I contacted support. I need to know if there is a way to do this.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi umacarchery,
Currently, Jotform does not support directly displaying a PDF registration form on the screen when a form expires or times out. The expiration message screen cannot embed a PDF file.
The best available options are:
- Provide a link to the PDF registration form in the expiration message so users can click to download or view it.
- Include the PDF registration form link in the autoresponder email users receive after submitting the form.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in feature to automatically show the PDF on the expiration notice screen itself.
If you want, I can guide you on how to add a link to the PDF in the expiration message or autoresponder email.
Let us know how you would like to proceed.

umacarcheryI added a link and that works except the link is not "hot" the user has to copy and paste. Is there a way to make the link active?

Mikhail JotForm SupportHi umacarchery,
I checked your form and found that all URLs/links are active and clickable. Can you send either a screenshot or a quick recording of what’s going on? Loom works well for recording, or you can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link. Or you can use this guide for taking a screenshot.
Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.
