Podo: Support SpecialistHi Stefania,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
If you have deleted a page of reviews (which I assume are part of your form or submissions), unfortunately, Jotform does not have a direct feature to restore a deleted page within a form. However, if you deleted an entire form or submissions, there are ways to restore them:
To restore a deleted form:
- Go to your Workspace in Jotform.
- Click on the Trash tab located at the lower left side.
- Filter the assets by selecting only Forms to see deleted forms.
- Hover over the deleted form you want to restore and click Restore.
Forms stay in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.
To restore deleted submissions:
- In your Workspace, filter to show only Forms.
- Select the form related to the submissions.
- Click the Submission button.
- In Jotform Tables, click the vertical ellipsis icon on the tab and select Trashed Entries.
- Select the submissions you want to recover and click Restore.
If you deleted only a page within a form (like a page break or section), unfortunately, there is no direct restore option for that. You might need to recreate that page manually or restore the entire form if you have a backup or clone of it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Danilo Enterprise SupportHi Stefania,
You can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
