If you share the issue you need help with, along with any screenshots or links related to it, I’ll check it from here and do my best to guide you as quickly as I can.
A screenshot or recording of what’s happening would help us figure this out. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link. We’ve also got a guide explaining how to send us a screenshot.
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

Hi Jan,
Thank you for your reply. I am inquiring about being refunded a prorated portion since we will not be using the full year of our subscription. We no longer have the active subscription as of last week. When I requested the refund originally, it did not give me the option to request a prorated amount. Of course, we are not asking for the entire refund amount as we did use 2.5 months of the subscription. We are only asking for a prorated amount.
We have been customers of Jotform for some time now and would really appreciate if you can honor our request.
