Quantity Selector Button: Not Working on Desktop but Works on Mobile

    on my computer the quantity selector button does nothing but works on my phone. i have tried clearing the cache and cookies and restarting the computer and tried it in incognito and still nothing i have cloned the form and still doesnt work.

    no connected payment gateway. have done everything already
