Adrian Besilla JotForm SupportHi Elora,
Thanks for using Jotform. In Jotform PDF Editor, changes such as deleting fields are saved automatically, and unfortunately there isn’t a built-in undo or version history feature that allows you to revert the document back to its original state.
As a workaround, you may re-upload a copy of the original PDF if you have it, or recreate the layout by manually adding the fields again in the PDF Editor. If you happen to have a duplicated version of the form or PDF, you may also check if an earlier version is still available in your account.
For future edits, we recommend duplicating the PDF template before making major changes so you’ll always have a backup to revert to.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
